Vacuum Return Sand Pump
1. Application
Vacuum return sand pump is mainly used in oil well for cementing, drilling and plugging the bigger cement scraps that is hard to wash out.
2. Structure and Work Principle
Vacuum return sand pump is mainly composed of travelling valve, steel barrel, piston, fixed valve and sand drill.
When sand pump undershoot and the standing valve closed, the pressure of the inner pump depends on the upper tubing weight. The pressure of sand washing is bigger than upper cavity in order to open the travel valve and push the sand column that on the top of the mobile cavity to move upward, then exclude sand into the deposit sand pipe. The filter liquor drains out of the sand pipe outlet.
