Laser Slotted Sieve Tube for Oil Well
1. Introduction
It’s made of J55 oil pipe. It has high strength and it not easy become deformed. It avoids the phenomenon of messed wire during the process of going down the well to improve the sand control effect.
2. Structure and work principle
a) Slotted edge has good perpendicularity, smooth cutting edge, no burr and even slot.
b) It has a big flow area. There’re 200 slots in 27/8″pipe per meter. It’s good for liquid flowing.
c) It has obvious advantage used in deflecting well and horizontal well.
d) It is suitable for sand control in the well which OD of the output sand is bigger than 0.2mm.
e) Easy to operate, convenient to use, big inner ND, easy to connect with.
f) Filtering accuracy can be adjusted according to sand particle.
3. Application
